Temperature control and thermal disinfection multifunctional unit for sanitary systems. It allows the temporary by-pass of the thermostatic mixing valve to supply high-temperature water to the system terminal units for the thermal disinfection. Provided with/without thermoelectric actuator on the three-way valve, with manifolds, box and fastening kit. Shut-off ball valves at the inlets. Thermoelectric actuator: ON/OFF 230 V AC normally closed (2 wires). Max fluid temperature: 90° C. Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar. Max pressure differential at three-way valve ends: 1 bar. Main body material: CW617N brass (externally zinc-plated). Manifolds material: CW617N brass (externally zinc-plated). Box material: high impact polystyrene. Branches material: copper.
